Bob's owner moves into a house near the Lorraine residence with his dog, Bob, in the episode "Martha Walks the Dog." He had always yelled at Bob, saying "Bad dog, Bob!" but Martha later figured out that if Bob receives nice comments, he is much tamer, so Bob's owner began giving Bob more positive comments.

- In "Martha Walks the Dog," it is implied that the owner has a love for steak, as he took steak into his house to eat that Martha and Helen brought to try to make Bob happier and calmer.
